Operating 24/7, our container storage facility in Doncaster is situated close to road and rail freight networks, helping to support our Clients’ reduced carbon distribution ambitions.

Facilities

Operating over 400,000 sqft of strategically located warehousing space in London, Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster, we provide a nationwide UK distribution service.

In addition, our in house vehicle fleet and bespoke route planning systems ensure we deliver on time, every time.

In-house Transport

Our modern and flexible vehicle fleet ranges from small urban vehicles all the way up to 44 tonne artics, complete with vehicle mounted forklifts facilitating multi-drop, out of hour deliveries.

All vehicles are fitted with four way camera systems helping to maximise safety and compliance. By utilising the latest PDA technology, we are able to provide our Clients’ access to real time POD data via a dashboard portal.

Asset Refurbishment

As part of the Fit Out UK group of companies we are able to utilise in-house manufacturing capability to re-work Client assets.

This added value service is further enhanced by a dynamic reverse logistics transport strategy supporting a cost effective and sustainable asset refurbishment solution.

Sustainability

PRL Logistics are committed to supporting our Clients’ net zero targets with consolidated deliveries, greener transport, and asset reuse & recycle initiatives.

Our investment in sustainable modes of transport include double deck trailers generating 35% more capacity and 10% more fuel efficiency, complimented by battery powered vehicle mounted forklifts reducing noise and carbon pollution. In addition, by operating a container freight transhipment service, we are reducing our road delivery miles and carbon emissions.

Our fully integrated warehousing, transport and software infrastructure can be scaled and customised to our Clients’ needs based on the specific service requirements of their products.

Relocation

Working with some of the UKs best known leisure brands, we provide support services for corporate events and office relocations.

We understand the importance of Client engagement and communication, and our experienced ‘move managers’ are on hand to co-ordinate our team of operatives to help ensure Clients expectations are met on every project.
